A FRESH NEW LOOK FOR A FRAGRANT KIOSK
THE FLOWER GIRL – INTU MERRY HILL, BIRMINGHAM
BRIEF
Having reference to other Kiosks designed and built by Index within Merry Hill, The Flower Girl Owners approach us to design a simple, clean, bright, replacement Flower Kiosk within this well established Shopping Mall.
CHALLENGE
- Display – ensuring customers can see all of the arrangements on offer.
- Space – limited footprint.
- Visibility – Need to be seen from varying directions amongst other kiosks.
SOLUTION
Using a simple white, tiered format it allows the flowers to do the talking. The neutral background suits all types of flowers and plants, whilst the tiering format ensures that nothing is hidden from customer view.
The use of coloured boxes on the stand adds additional colour, and again, the white background does not restrict on colour use.
Allowing a clean area for wrapping enhances the use of the kiosk with storage designed into the back of the unit, ensuring that all necessary items for display and wrapping of items is easily to hand.
With simple graphics to the double-sided totem, the unit can be seen as people move through the centre and clearly identifies the products on sale. Allowing plenty of space on the different tiers gives lots of room for additional items to be added during promotional periods, eg. Christmas.
Added protection to the base tier, helps to be prevent damage and helps to give a sturdy base to the whole kiosk.
An absolute pleasure working with the team at Index. Their knowledge and expertise has made the whole process simple and we have achieved the new look that we hoped for. Thank you!
