A BEAUTY DEPARTMENT FACE LIFT FOR M&S
MARKS & SPENCER – NATIONWIDE
Having experienced the service Index DFE Ltd had provided to other Brands, with a Nationwide update within Beauty at key M&S Stores, we were asked to produce design options for two projects within the Department.
- The re-launch of Body Butter with new packaging.
- The re-launch of Rosie Cosmetics with a new look and styling.
- Working within the constraints of existing store fixtures.
Working with the Global Visual Manager Beauty to identify the key issues currently experienced within the different stores with the Body Butter product, Index were able to create open, eye catching, easy to stock and easy to shop units with excellent product display solutions. Using vacuum formed shelf trays and clear pricing ticketing, the design was able to be manipulated to suit all shelf types and sizes. Large, bright header graphics provided excellent visibility to the range.
To bring Rosie Cosmetics up to date, new graphics were applied enhancing the packaging of the products. Using magnetic graphic panels, we were able to dress the whole bay to give a premium look to the Range. Using Rose Gold and with the careful placement of logo graphics, high visibility across the department was achieved. Clear product description and pricing strips completed the look and provided an enhanced customer retail experience.
