IMAGE SKINCARE STAND TRANSFORMED FOR PB 2019

IMAGE SKINCARE – PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY EXHIBITION 2019 – EXCEL, LONDON

BRIEF

Having exhibited at the Exhibition in 2018, Image were keen to reuse their existing stand.  They did not, however, want to look the same and having worked the site had some areas that they wanted to improve upon.  So, they contacted INDEX to create a fresh look and iron out the areas of concern.

SOLUTION

With the Brand already having an Exhibition Stand, they wanted to re-use the components to avoid unnecessary waste, whilst at the same time creating a new look.

By re-configuring the fixtures and adding large format graphics to the walls, we were able to create a new, exciting look for the Stand and provide the different zones of Treatment, Retail and Trade Interaction.    LED screens allowed for Brand promotion and education to be displayed throughout the event.

A well equipped Treatment Area allowed Consultants to demonstrate the benefits of the products on offer and a comfortable seating area was created with coffee and tea facilities to allow Salon Owners to discuss options with Brand Staff in a relaxed and friendly manner.  By incorporating fixtures on the site that would be available to Spa Owners, Staff were able to demonstrate the quality and functionality of the pieces whilst promoting the Brand.

The Retail Area with a bespoke ‘Pick ‘n’ Mix’ unit allowed Special Exhibition Promotions to entice new Customers to the Brand, with the cash and wrap desk incorporated seamlessly onto the Stand so as not to detract from the clean lines.

Incorporating the striking Towers maintained the visibility of the Stand throughout the Exhibition Hall, whilst offering space for display and promotion.

Finally a hidden storage cupboard was incorporated into the Site to allow for additional stock to be kept on hand, along with Staff belongings.

We are thrilled with the final result.  The stand looks completely different and incorporates all of the elements we asked for.  Installation was completed on time allowing our Staff to dress the site in plenty of the time for the event – a first for Image!  Thank you to all Team from Index DFE Limited.  Here’s to next year!!
