IMAGE SKINCARE – Flexible Point of Sale Units for use by Brand or within Beauty Salons Nationwide.
BRIEF
IMAGE SKINCARE asked Index to present design options for a variety of POS/Promotional/Point of Sale Items that could be used at Launches or Exhibitions but also be used by Beauty Salons Nationwide to help promote and reflect the high quality of the Brand.
CHALLENGE
- Size – big enough to stand out on an Exhibition Stand but small enough for use within Beauty Salons
- Cost – consideration required as Salons will purchase
- Variety – different items for different establishments
SOLUTION
By focusing on the ‘Tester Unit’ in the first instance, allowed us to establish the look and framework for other items within the Range.
To ensure flexibility the Tester Unit comes with or without a base unit. This allows the Salons the choice of having a floor-standing or on-counter unit to suit their individual needs, whilst easily allowing the unit to be used for Brand Exhibitions and promotional events. The ‘I’ shaped base unit provides an eye-catching feature to the unit whilst subtly promoting the Brand.
Developing the logo on the header of the Tester Unit, gave way to the transition to the Logo Plaque. This not only allows unity across the different components but offers additional promotional possibilities to the user. The plaque offers the options of wall mounting or stand alone [for shelf or counter], again allowing full flexibility on use.
